Help Pete Defeat Cancer

Our brother Pete Robertstad was diagnosed with a rare form of melanoma in October 2018. The cancer has spread to his lymph nodes. He underwent surgery 3 weeks ago to remove part of the tumor. The doctors determined it too risky to attempt full removal; currently, his main course of treatment is immunotherapy infusions every 3-4 weeks. He and Julie continue to explore their treatment options, including a consultation with MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
Pete and Julie are small business owners, and Pete is not able to work as much as he previously could while in his current condition. He has some good days, and some that include higher pain levels that have limited his ability to walk comfortably.
God HEARS the prayers from all who pray for Pete, and Pete relies on your continued prayers and well wishes while he defeats cancer. We ask that you all continue to pray for his understanding, strength, pain levels, and ultimately, medical success.
Everyone who has interacted with Pete is aware of the countless volunteer hours he spent coaching basketball; if you know him, you have witnessed his kindness at one time or another. Julie's heart is equally as caring. Many of you assisted her with a toy drive she led for underprivileged children while she was a case manager for CPS a few Christmases ago. She and Pete are now a full time family with Riley(7) and Jack(3).
We ask for your donations to help Pete and Julie with living expenses and medical bills, while they continue to determine Pete's best course of treatment, and while future medical expenses continue to accumulate.
