Help OTTB rescue get needed chip removal surgery

I recently adopted Jasper from Hope’s Legacy Rescue were he was saved after being starved and neglected. At one point he was in such bad shape that euthanasia seemed to be the only option. Luckily he got the care he needed and just when he was getting back his strength we discovered a bone chip in his knee. I have been trying to work off his board as well as his basic needs but I have had a hard time getting the money needed for the surgery. I have had wonderful support from everyone at Quicksilver Farm.
