Help NY San Da pay their real estate tax

We've had our ups and downs over the years, now I am asking for some help. We received unexpectedly a large real estate tax escalation (as a business we have to pay it to the landlord). It wasn't a bill we were expecting and it has to be paid NOW, and honestly, we just don't have it. So if the gym has helped you, if you like being here, if you want to show your appreciation for the experience, please help us out. I really feel awkward doing this, but the bill has to get paid.
