Help my Sadie run again

Please help our Sadie be able to walk again and enjoy the rest of her childhood years. Sadie loves getting her butt scratched, playing fetch, playing with squirrels, getting chased after by his little fur brother Owen and most especially, she loves playing with our 16 month old Baby Kai.
It it was like any other day, we went on our walk, played in the yard, ran around, enjoying the nice summer weather. The next day, our poor Sadie was limping on her back leg. We took her to the vet and unfortunately found out she tore her ACL. She will need surgery to get her back to walking normal again and hopefully running once more. Our Sadie is only 4 years old and has her whole life ahead of her.
Our little boy misses his Sadie a lot. Please help our Sadie get her surgery so she can happily play with our little boy and her 2 fur brothers.
