Help my mom pay her mortgages.

After a series of poorly timed, unfortunate, and occasionally ill intentioned events my mother will have to pay three mortgages a lone on a dying income. Some of these events include a deviorce, failing economy in her town, loosing work, and physical and mental injury. She is an independent business woman  training horses. She works so unbelievably hard not to be a burden on others and support herself. Due to people leaving the area she has dwindling work. She owns the property she lives on and two rental houses. One house is empty now the other will be empty in April. She wants to sell the properties so she may spend more time with her family. This brewing crisis has caused her to rely on a toxic relationship that I will not go into the details of. This is a temporary fix. Ultimately I am trying to get her out of this situation completely.  Please help me take can of my mama. Anything else. Thank you for your time.
