Help My Grandma Get An Apt

Due to personal circumstances, my grandma has been homeless for around two months. She's been staying at my uncles place, although eventually she will need her own place. Due to my mom's cancer, she needed to stop working - so paying for apartment for my grandma has not been the easiest. My grandma has been in the hospital not long ago due to the stress caused by this situation. Overall, she's been very down & its really hurting to see her like this- so i really felt the need to get some help for her. Any amount of money would be extremely appreciated.
