Help My Daddies Pay My Vet Bills

Hey guys!
I love my daddies. They take me on long walks, camping trips, and give me all the pets! Right now, they're dealing with a lot of family things and I've been taking care of them as best as I can. What else can a dog do but be cute and loveable, AMIRIGHT?
Anyways, they're in the process of buying a house for me right now and they're getting married so that I can change my last name - you know, all for me... and I just got diagnosed with heart worms! It's really scary, but I'm going to be okay because Dr. Knepler and my daddies take good care of me.
Unfortunately, because my daddies are getting married and all these other things are going on, money is really tight and I think they could use your help with taking care of me while I get better from these scary things.
The cost of my vet bills for my treatment along with longer-term painkillers is going to cost around $1,500, and because I'm an old lady and my daddies love me, they're going to take care of me no matter what, so can you please help them? Any little bit will do. If you can't help with the vet bills, I might need dog-sitters to watch me after my injections. And I'm always open to pets! I love getting pets.
