Help Mindaugas walk again

This is Mindaugas Meile, he is 29 years old.
In 2016 he had and accident while diving which ended in spine trauma - he was no longer able to move his arms or legs.
Since the accident Mindaugas has gone through lots of procedures and stayed at rehabilitation center for 1.6years - this has improved his situation a lot. He already moves some of his fingers and is able to feel touch on his legs.
Not too long ago he was told by doctors in Spain that here is 80% chance of him walking again. The only down side to this is he needs 10,000 euros to make a trip to Spain and undergo the procedure.
His family and close friends already contributed to his start and are no longer able to help him financially.
