HELP MIKE RIDE
Welcome to HELP MIKE RIDE the 3 Grand Tours
Notable racecar driver Michael Navybox aims to raise public awareness about the importance of early detection, intervention, prevention and treatment of cancer, depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Mike will attempt to ride three European Grand Tours in the one year and around the same time as the professional cyclists.

The Grand Tours include the Giro d’Italia, the Tour De France and La Vuelta, the Tour of Spain. This is a total of approximately 10,500 kilometres in just 63 days.
Update June 2019:
Congratulations! Mike has completed the Giro d'Italia 10 May - 2 June 2019!!
In 21 days Mike cycled 3,566 km and climbed 55,416 vertical meters with and average speed of 30 km/h on the same days as the professionals!
Update 15 July 2019:
Stage 10 Tour de France completed!
Mike's statistics for the 10 Stages completed so far:
Days cycled: One day ahead of professionals
Kilometers ridden = 1,812.90
Meters climbed = 24,542
Average speed = 24.5kph
