What's Going On?
I need to help my sister get out from a toxic/abusive living situation. She's going to be staying with me for a couple months, and we need some assistance covering bills and unexpected expenses.
$3,000 would help with part of rent, electric bill, moving costs, transportation, groceries, and cover GoFundMe's transaction charges.
Jess needs a place to live, somewhere safe, for a couple months until she can get back on her feet. She's therefore staying with me and for the moment our expenses have increased.
Who Are We?
I'm Merc Rustad, an SFFH author who works in AV by day. My sister, Jessica, is a video editor and college student, and works as a PCA for the elderly. She's an amazingly kind and awesome person who's very fond of cats, horses, video games, and movies. She volenteers at the local Humane Society, makes movies, and spoils her three kittehs with lots of affection and treats.
Timeline
We need funds by the end of June (6/30/17) so we can pay July's rent and cover expenses for the month of June.
