Hi Friends, I hope this message finds you well!
I'm raising funds to summit Cotopaxi in Ecuador this September. The climb is made possible through the Range of Motion Project (ROMP) - a non-profit organization that helps those living in poverty or without medical access to get quality prosthetic care. They invited me to join their climbing team for 2018 to help raise awareness for prothetic needs.
At 19 I lost my leg in a car accident and have been blessed with excellent prosthetic care here in the United States. My prosthetic foot has carried me to gold, silver and bronze medal wins as a member of Team USA in the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, in addition to 10 World Championship Titles in cycling.
Through sport and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I have been able to help others explore their physical abilities and challenge their limits.

Your contributions will help me with these fundraising and Trip Costs:
Required Fundraising Amount: $2,500 (this all goes to ROMP)
Expedition Fee: $1,200
Flight: $1,468
Glacier Glasses: $150
Hand Warmers: $50 (0.66/pair and it will be cold!)
Warm Hat: $45
Socks: $24 (I only need one pair because a pair goes twice as far)
Expedition Mittens: $115
