Help me to be me again

Hola mi nombre es Pablo , tengo 38 años, y peso 550 LBS , sufro de obesidad mórbida y tengo un tumor entre mis piernas este a crecido tanto que pesa 15 a 20 LBS por el motivo de que no corre mucha sangre hacía arriba de mi cuerpo por mi obesidad , los doctores me han dicho que me pueden operar el tumor,pero necesito la cirugía de perdida de peso , las dos operaciones son necesarias para salvar mi vida , mi seguro médico no quiero ayudarme por que dice que la cirugía de perdida de peso es un lujo, no una necesidad.
Por este motivo he llegado aquí a pedir su ayuda ,quiero recobrar mi vida ,formar una familia. Quiero vivir.
Aun así trabajo 8 hr diaria para sobrevivir, pero no soy tan eficiente como antes sufro de mucho dolor. Gracias por su tiempo en leer este pedido de ayuda y dios los bendiga abundantemente y este sus vidas siempre.
My name is Pablo, I am 38 years old, and I weigh 550 LBS, I suffer from morbid obesity and I have a tumor between my thighs,it has grown so much that it now weighs 15 to 20 LBS.  Due to the lack of blood flow in my upper Body and by my obesity, doctors have told me that They can't operate the tumor, unless I have  weight loss surgery first , then  after losing the  a specific amount of weight can they perform the operation to remove the tumor. Both operations are  necessary to save my life, my health insurance Will not pay for my bariatric  surgery, they don't want to help me because they  say bariatric Weight loss surgery is a luxury, not a necessity.
That's why I came here? To ask for your help, I want to recover my life, to form a family. I want to live and have life I want to ride a bike and dance and most of all I want to find my soul mate.
As  I work 8 hr daily to survive, but Its not sufficient  as  I suffer from a lot of pain. Thank you for your time in reading this request for help.  God bless !!!
