surgery and recovery help needed

As most of you know I will be getting surgery on my tailbone in November. Surgery is not a cheap thing and my recovery time will be anywhere from 3 months to 6 months. Disability won't pay much (if anything) and we will most likely be struggling for the time I am unable to work. Anything will help! Even if all you can do is stop in with food and smiles while I am stuck on the couch. Thank you all who have already helped us.
