Help me stay outta default

Friends, it has come to this. The combo of losing my health insurance last year (which forced me to drop out of my school program/drove me further into the red because, yanno—chronically ill and uninsured lol) and a fucking brutally debilitating depressive episode has kinda destroyed my life. I’m still trying to get back into school (will be enrolled again either in fall or next spring pending department head approval) but between my being forced out and now, I’m underwater on my loan payments and inches from default.

I’ve literally been sleeping in a car and crying sometimes out of frustration because I can’t seem to get approved for a housing application even tho I keep applying (and paying app fees) and being in default status on my federal loans WILL ONLY MAKE THIS WAY WORSE.

If you can toss a couple bucks into my sad hat I’ll be so relieved and overjoyed. I’m trying to improve my situation and I literally do not have enough money to make whole my past-due balance, and I’m nearly out of time.
