Help me pay rent for May

I live with chronic pain, and I also try to work full time as a web developer. Due to sickness, I haven't been able to work full time, which means that next month I don't even have enough money for rent or bills or normal living expenses.

Thankfully, I'm having more energy now, so hopefully the month after that will see me coming up above the water again, but before that I need to survive May. I live together with my autistic partner and our cat, and he can't work at all. We've generally handled things because he takes care of cooking/cleaning/food shopping etc, so I don't need to focus on physical things, thus saving energy for my work.

We have depleted all our savings, and we're currently on a special plan from our landlord, meaning that if we're late on our rent (which is due April 25th), we risk losing the apartment as well.
