Help me get to film festivals!

I'm so thrilled with the response Overwhelming Majority has received over the past year, being able to take it to film festivals all over Colorado, and winning two awards so far.  Thank you to those who have supported me in this ongoing journey.  I'm happy to say that OM will be screening next at the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival (Llanelli, Wales) in May. 

To date I have been funding all festival submissions fees and travel expenses to the festivals out of pocket, and it does add up.  It's been important to me to meet audiences and be able to talk about the film in person and I'd like to continue to do so, but I need help. 

Booking my first flight to Cardiff on my own dime was a gigantic leap of faith for me, but going to Blackwood to attend the Wales International Documentary Festival was a great experience.  Traveling overseas was a big step and one I almost decided not to take.  I'm not completely broke yet, but my family has a history of debt to which I do not wish to contribute.  I'm trusting in God's provision and your generosity to see me through. 

I booked my first flight from Denver to Cardiff for just over $900.  I'm asking you to help reimburse that epense and fund future trips to festivals, the next one being CBFF in May.  Looking at prices for flying back to Wales in May, that could cost around $1100.  I've submitted to many other festivals in America and elsewhere, and would like to attend those as well, if accepted.  Significant donations over my target goal will make that happen. 


Overwhelming Majority is an experimental documentary short dealing with issues of loneliness, alienation, and social anxiety. A young woman recounts a suicide attempt, muses on the nature of connectedness, and ultimately yearns for understanding.
