Help me cover medical costs abroad

What happened is that I've come to Japan without medical insurance and unfortunately my body did not take the trip well. I will be needing a CT scan of my abdomen to hopefully get a clue as to what the problem may be. Note that this problem is chronic, and I've experienced extreme weight loss, constant abdominal pain, and generally been unable to think or deal with things necessary for life because my job seems to be to endure pain full-time (I also cannot use my hands and they are constant source of pain… Already 26 years now).

Finding something on a CT scan might go a long way towards addressing the stomach issue and improving my quality of life (possibly well enough to make games again!) ;-)
