Help me and family thru Pancreatic cancer

Will be separated from family as I go thru last stages of pancreatic cancer. Have waited 2 yrs for immigration for family. Need help keep them going and to pay immigation costs if I can get pushed thru so we will be together at the end.
Recently I had problems with digesting food, and have lost massive amounts of weight and muscle mass. Loss of about 40 - 50 pounds, this worsened and last month doctors were able to diagnose that my pancreas was not functioning properly. I was jaundice, not able to eat foods and get energy, etc. I had surgery to place a stent to open bile duct, ultimately they also foynd a tumor and rushed me out for surgery. However, prior to surgery they ran more tests and have concluded that the cancer has already spread to blood vessels and distant bones.
There isnt much to be done except chemotherapy to extend my life. I have worked most of my life for contrators with the U.S. military so been away from U.S. a long time.

In work overseas and have a family in the Philippines, we have been waiting to be reunited in the U.S. as papers have gone thru govt. visa approvals for 2 years. While that happens I stay working overseas, they remain waiting in Philippines. Now I want to be in the U.S. when things get worse. I want my family there to be with me. I want to provide them one last gift and the opportunities that come with being in the U.S. AND most of all. I want them there when its my final time.
Please help with even 1 dollar.....anything to help assist to get my family with me before I pass away. I will fight as long as I can but my time is limited. Help me to give them the opportunities that are available in the United States. To help my family keep going while I move back to states for whatever trearment I can do to keep going and push to get them there.
