Help me adopt Sapphire!

Sapphire is the most long term dog rescued by One Tail at a Time. She’s been up for adoption for a year and a half. I became her foster in May 2018 and fell right in love. She hates other dogs, so our time outside together is very tough, but I’ve learned how to deal with that. She’s the snuggliest creature on the planet, and has gotten me through the worst year of my life where I lost a job and lost a friend. I now can’t imagine life without her. So I want to keep her forever. Please help me be able to help the best dog that deserves the best. Thanks!!
