Help me adopt my stepchild

I need help fulfilling my stepchild and my dream of adopting him. We are a legally 5 years married lesbian couple. I had been taking care of our child for 6 years now. His father has abandoned In every parental aspect. 
I had supported this child for all this years, and is his greatest dream to carry my last name.
It is a very expensive process and we need support. My wife and me will appreciate any donations.
