Luis Gongora Fund

At 35 years of age, Luis Gongora is a relatively young man with a growing family and is in need of assistance. He has for some five years now been fighting an ongoing battle against a rare form of brain cancer, medulloblastoma, that typically affects only children.

Luis underwent a recent surgery on April 19, 2016, and is now in a recovery phase in a local hospital. His next steps will be to resume chemotherapy.  His return to healthy status will be lengthy, but he, his family, and his community of friends and co-workers are committed to the effort.   

Financial contributions made to this site will provide needed medical care for Luis and support for his family; his wife, Daysi and their three children, Jason (10), Christopher (5) and Gabriela, (1).
