Help Louis keep his home

Louis and his family, including his brand new baby girl Robin, are at risk for eviction. The family fell behind on rent after struggling to secure childcare after Robin's birth. They live in a rapidly gentrifying area of the 7th Ward and their landlord already has a permit to Airbnb their unit. Louis needs to raise $550 today to prevent his family's eviction.

Louisiana has some of the worst renter protections in the country and families who fall behind on rent are often pushed out of our city in favor of tourists.  Any funds raised over the goal will be donated to Jane Place Neighborhood Sustainability Initiative  (JPNSI) to assist in their work to advocate for stronger renter protections in New Orleans.
