LINDA IS BACK IN BRISBANE!!!
Linda is pleased to have finally moved back to her beloved Brisbane after 2 years at her parents farm recovering from her serious brain injury - which has severely affected her mobility - and is very excited and happy about it. While the time at the property was extremely helpful in adjusting her to her new situation , her access to services and therapies was very limited. Her main focus in coming back to Brisbane is to start the next stage in her life! To succeed in this she needs lots and lots of walking therapy!
She would love to walk on her own without any physical aids or personnel support and the only way to work towards this goal is with physio therapy sessions and lots of them! She has funding coming through the NDIS, but this has been delayed until the unforeseeable future. We need financial help to get her to the physio therapists immediately and until the funding comes through. We also need the financial aid to set up her services and support group in Brisbane so that she can become independent from her ever-loving and hard working parents - who need a holiday!!!!
Your help will be greatly appreciated and every little bit helps!
Linda can't wait to hear from you and see everyone in Brisbane but she will need time to settle in and get everything in place :-)
