Help Linda Le Fight Cancer

Linda started experiencing really bad abdominal pain in December.  Doctors couldn’t find anything.  The pain got so severe she couldn’t eat and could barely go into work.  After trips to urgent care and the ER, doctors diagnosed her with stage 4 cancer.  The type of cancer, or where it started is unknown but it is very aggressive.  It has spread to her stomach, lungs and bone.  

She was in such bad shape by the time they found it, that she was kept in the hospital for weeks to get her levels up, manage pain, and make sure her body was in a place to even handle her first round of chemo.  

She started her second round of chemo on Valentines Day.  She’s handling it really well and is getting stronger each day. She’s able to take some short walks, eat again and is trying natural methods to manage pain and nausea.  

The plan right now is to undergo 6 rounds of chemotherapy with the goal of killing cancer cells and relieving symptoms.  After chemo is done, she may need to seek treatment at a specialized cancer center out of state. 

The bills are mounting up and she has a very limited ability to work. Her insurance is tied to work and without being able to get the hours in she will be unable to keep her insurance. There is a program to keep the insurance for a limited amount of time but this also increases the cost dramatically. 

Anyone that’s close to Linda, knows she’s the last person to ask for anything.   So we’re calling out to all friends, family, co workers, friends of friends to help her out.  

Let’s give her this time to put all her energy into fighting cancer and relieve some of the financial stress.
