Help layla get her legs fixed

This is our babygirl Layla. We got her at 10 weeks old on august 31, 2018. Her birthday is June 21, 2018 ☺. She is our youngest fur baby and very much loved by our family. We are a hooman family of 5. Layla got off her leash on Tuesday February 5, 2019 and darted out of the driveway into the street. She was hit by a car flying down the road. The car stopped long enough to say " Oh sorry I didn't see her" and then took off. She has a fractured femur in one leg and a shattered tibia in the other. She needs surgery in 3 days for both legs and has to be in a doggy wheelchair for the next 2 months. She isn't able to walk at all unless we carry her back legs for her.
