In 2016, Frank Spaeth had a vision to bring top-level soccer to Rochester, Minnesota. Not long after, that vision became a reality with the formation of Med City Futbol Club.
Med City FC , for short, was created to represent the great city of Rochester in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), which is the fourth tier of American soccer. This team will draw regional, national and international players to compete at one of the highest levels of soccer in the nation against teams from Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.
And while a handful of us have gotten the ball rolling, we are going to need the entire Rochester community and beyond to keep this vision going! That's where you come in. We want to make this a great experience for all involved - players, coaches and fans! We will create an environment and atmosphere for soccer fans to relish and enjoy.
It takes a community to support an endeavor such as this, so we're asking you to help support us. Please help us build this high-level soccer team here in Rochester so it can grow and thrive this year and in the years to come.
