Help Kaylee Get Back On Two Feet

I am seeking help for lost wages and future medical bills that are coming my way. I am currently out of work for the next several months, and will need all the help I can get.  Unforunately, I have completely torn my ACL and partially my MCL.  The doctor has advised me that I will need surgery, and can not bare any  weight on my leg until I under go the procedure, and several weeks of Physical Therapy.  

Anything helps.

UPDATE: my mother informed me that the way our insurance works is that we pay 20% of the cost of everything. She suggested I make the goal a lot higher because the total cost of my surgery is going to be about $35,000. Yikes.
