My hand is up.
Hi, I'm Kat Rodgers and I need your help!


June 2017, I was diagnosed with a type of Burkitt lymphoma, a bone cancer and form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. An aggressive cancer that had to be treated aggressively.

Cancer is like a gator. You tangle with one, the potential of coming out unscathed is slim.

My cancer was treated with lots and lots of chemo.  It was cured with LOVE and POSITIVITY. From the battle, my body and mind were beaten down.

I am working with my doctors on pain management.  Slowly I am building my body and mind.  It’s going to be a long process.  I almost died so any progression is to be celebrated.

why giving matters?
The cost to treat cancer and to stay healthy are enormous.
I can’t pay my bills.
I can’t afford my treatments.
I am working as much as I am capable and it’s not enough.
