Help Karen and Bryan

As many of you are aware, Karen and Bryans Delaware house caught fire last night. Caity was the only one there at the time and she is unharmed and safe. Unfortunately, there was extensive damage to the house which will make living there impossible for the time being. Bryan and Karen were trying to ready the house for sale at the time of the fire as well as do renovation work to their Virginia property. As someone who has survived two house fires herself, I can only say that the next few months will be difficult.  Handling a claim for something this size is overwhelming, frustrating and, at times, costly.  Initially there are numerous out of pocket expenses that add up quickly.  The purpose of this effort is to help with those costs.  Any funds raised will be given directly to Karen and Bryan to use as they see fit during this process.
