I have put this page together for my 2 and half year old son Joshua James for the medical equipment he needs to stay safe and as Joshua is approaching nursery he needs it even more to stay safe while out and about, below I will tell his story and any donations made are deeply grateful for

Joshua was born on 21.12.2014
Joshua was born on time and was a healthy pregnancy with no problems, when Joshua was 3 months old when  he experienced his 1st seizure he just turned completely blue an stopped breathing in my arms at this point we didn't know he had epilepsy doctors kept telling us no it's really unlikely for a baby to have these type of seizure ( tonic clonic + absences + febrile ) Joshua has had number and number of tests done and we have still had no answers to why Joshua's having these seizure, Joshua's has had over 750 epileptic seizure and was diagnosed age 3 months with early onset epilepsy + development delay Joshua has to have walking AIDS for his feet as they done go straight which had an impact on his walking :( 
He is on 5 different medication but none seem to work Joshua has had a really hard time with his seizures as he's been in and out of hospital number of time and when he has a seizure he's really tired an drained after wards which has had a high impact on Joshua's development, Joshua is non verbal so he can't tell us that he feeling unwell so when a seizure occurs he just cries out and drops to the floor which has resulted to bumps to head etc , this is the reason I have stuck together this go fund me page to raise the money to get the medical equipment he needs.. We have looked into getting Joshua a seizure watch which can alert me and his dad that he's having a seizure even if he's not with us, can detect a seizure up to 5 mins before the seizure happens.
With Joshua being so Young when he has a seizure he turns really blue and sometime stops breathing which then mum and dad have to give cpr.. Joshua also has cluster seizure where he's had up to 15 seizures a day.. 
Joshua has daily seizures and this equipment will help us as a family to deal with Joshua's condition
we are also doing a sponsored walk to pen y fan to raise the funds Joshua's needs and we also have some lovely people which are auctioning off some prizes 
 Update - we received Joshua's genetic results back and it's not good news he has got SCN1A epilepsy ( darvet syndrome ) Joshua will never ever grow out of his seizures and they can become more daily :( Joshua will suffer with mobility problems and development problems for the rest of his life.. 
Please help let my boy live as normal as possible His life hasn't been the best so far and I just want to keep my boy safe ❤️
