Lyft Screwed Me

I've been a 5-star Lyft driver since October and today, I gave 2 rides, signed off to drive over to the airport, and when I went to sign back on the Lyft driver app said there was a problem with my background check and that my account has been deactivated. After reaching out to Lyft for help via email, I returned to the app and all my account info was gone and it asked me to sign up and apply to become a Lyft driver. I finally got ahold of Lyft via phone, and it was explained to me that they run background checks annually, and even though my background check passed no problem in October, this year they decided to use a different background check company, which decided that my one misdemeanor offense from 10 years ago was now enough to abruptly deny me employment with Lyft mid-shift. So now, I have to “dispute” this with that company so that Lyft can further look into it. In the mean time, not only can I not drive for Lyft, but I also can’t access the money I already made until this is resolved, IF it’ll even be resolved. I’m asking for financial assistance from everyone because Lyft is my only job right now, and I can’t just hop into another job instantly. If anyone can help, please...I’m desperate and panicking.
