Help Jeffro Fight Sarcoma

Jeff aka Jeffro has been battling with osteosarcoma for 6 years. In 2013 he was diagnosed with osteosarcome and had 60% of his right shoulder blade removed and lost 10% muscle mass. This caused him to miss out on helping coach softball and hunting. After receiving chemo he was in the clear until 2016. They found a spot in his left lung. He went into surgery and had a small wedge removed that included the tumor. This occurred 3 times for the next 2 years. June 2019 he found out that this time the tumor is now between his lung and heart lining. With his heart ejection fraction being at 32% the doctors at Mass General decided to start chemo indefinitely. After a few months of aggressive chemo the tumor shrunk from 5.2cm to 4.5cm. Yes that is great but with the amount of chemo he has been getting has taken a very hard tole on his body.  The doctors at Mass General have been working to try and find a different treatment plan to help his body recover from the chemo. They mentioned Proton Radiotherapy (therapy that uses a beam of protons to irradiate diseased tissue, most often in the treatment of cancer). With this type of treatment they needed to have Jeff's insurance cover it. They have tried multiple times with appeals for the insurance to cover but nothing is working. 
Jeff is usually too prideful to ask for help. But with his body being so weak and the insurance denying his Proton Radiotherapy we are left with no other option than to ask for help. All donations will go to his treatment expenses directly. Please help further Jeff's quality of life.
