HELP JASON ON ROAD TO RECOVERY!

For those that have not yet heard, last week our friend Jason had a near fatal accident. He was setting up a deer stand in the woods when it broke and Jason fell over 20 feet and crashed into the frozen ground below.
After a couple hours, Jason was found and transported to the hospital. Doctors soon determined Jason had suffered a broken hip and a fractured shoulder in addition to countless bruises and other impact related injuries. He was rushed in to emergency surgery.
Jason has a long Road to recovery. The surgeries went well and he’s begun a rigorous physical therapy routine. He will be hospitalized for at least another week and has months of rehab ahead of him. Clearly, Jason has a tough journey ahead of him as he works to get things back to normal. Now he needs a helping hand from all of us that are able to assist during these trying times, especially as he works on his recovery during the Holidays.
100% of raised funds will go to Jason and help with a variety of large and small needs he and his children will face in the coming weeks and months. This includes meal deliveries, snow removal services at his home and helping with mounting medical bills, for example.
The hockey family is a very tight community and we help those in their time of need. Join us as we rally around Jason to help him during these challenging times and hit our goal for Jason.
Those that know Jason best will tell you he is truly one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He’s a loved father of two awesome kids. He’s a very popular volunteer hockey coach among his players, their parents and fellow coaches. Jason is the type of guy that does whatever it takes to help others but doesn’t want to ask for a hand when he needs one. He’s always giving back to his family, friends and community. Now it is our time to give back to Jason.
