Help Ivy to stay at Susi Earnshaw Theatre School

Hello .Please take a few minutes to read about my 13 year old daughter,Ivy.She is a multi talented singer ,actress,and musician who has been performing professionally since the age of 6. She has appeared in West End and touring musicals,several TV commercials,and reached the battle rounds of The Voice Kids  2019 (team Danny).Rest assured,her passion for performing is no flash in the pan.

The last couple of years at primary school were not an especially happy time for Ivy.Despite being academically bright , always trying her best ,and ultimately achieving well in her SATS, her performing achievements  were not encouraged or celebrated ,and she became anxious and withdrawn. However,in 2017 ,she was fortunate enough to be given a place at the Susi Earnshaw School of Academia and Performing Arts on a part  scholarship.The school has a caring , nurturing, and family atmosphere,which has helped Ivy to flourish,not just vocationally but also emotionally.The effect on her well-being has been life changing.Where I once heard the word "quiet " to describe her at parents' evenings,I now hear the word "leader".

Even though Ivy has a scholarship,there is a  shortfall to find for the remainder of the fees each year.As a single parent on a part time wage , it has been tough keep Ivy at the school,and many sacrifices have been made.Somehow we have managed to fund the last 2 years with various monies pooled together.We were lucky enough to receive a one off donation from another charity ,and Ivy has contributed regularly to her fees with her savings from  acting jobs. She even busks to help to pay for her travel to school ,which is alone costs a further £120 a month,and means leaving the house at 6.20 a.m.Logistically ,this in itself is a huge achievement,and a testament to Ivy's grit and determination to pursue her dream.
So now,reluctantly,I need to turn to others for help.I am looking for £2500 in the first instance to keep Ivy at the school she loves. Any contributions will go straight towards fees and travel, as she is already attending the school.I understand that this is a huge ask and that there are so many  worthy causes out there.But anything you can spare will help.And please , share , share ,share on your socials as this can make all the difference!
