Help Hymn create his peace haven

many may know me from writing on the floor, but i also do so much more Reiki Master, Dancer too, the creative princicipal just flows on thru. 
My project is a personal one, i would like to manifest myself a canal boat to live and offer T'ai chi/Meditation retreats from. My vision would be to use London and Liverpool as locations to hold events and classes, using the waterways between the two cities to offer 3-5-or 7 day retreats from. 

Your support would be greatly appreciated y'know  - as I'm in my last 500 years yo ho- a big old oak tree is what I be - and I need a place to fall apart gracefully.  winter will soon be on its way and everyone needs a place to stay. so help me make my  dreams come true with the 40 K that i get from u.
