Help Graeme and Gabbi unite

This homeless good man I met a month ago and his beautiful girl dog need some assistant people. I met Graeme about a month ago and after learning he lives alone with his dog in his 'yet to be registered' van looking for a place he could park it as its illegal to park unregistered cars on the road side - I gave him one of my parking spots at the factory complex to park his van and stay there as long as he need till he finds something better. Graeme is a highly intelligent good hearten, clean and respectful man that like many homelessness had combination of traumatic events plus bad luck and things snowballed down hill to this point. Graeme has a passion for solving crimes and his heart is in the right place trying to help people. He looks after his lady dog Gabbi very good and as a dog lover I can testify. She is clean, well fed, loved, smells good and very happy full of life. Anyone that knows dogs and took some time to examine also know they take after their owner. You can tell a lot about a person by meeting their dog.
Graeme was forced to move two weeks ago by some police individuals even though he told them that he got a permission from the owner (me). When I rang the local police to find out how come they made him move without talking with me first as this is my private car spot... I was told they "can't find any record of this event". Graeme did tell me he kept getting harassed before this incident.

Anyway Graeme found an even better spot at a fenced car park somewhere in the Shire and the local rangers were kind to allow him park his van there. The 'individual' police people still drive there sometime with their high beams lights pointing at his van but they can't get inside as the place is fenced and locked. Rather distressing for him but that's not the point of this post just an introduction to Graem and Gabbi his dog. Anyway in the meantime Graeme is still in contact with me and I am teaching him how to set up his own page for crime solving online so he can pursue with his life mission.

This last Friday Graeme had to go to town to look after some matters and Left Gabbi as he always does to stay around the van in the fenced car park. When Graeme returned Gabbi was gone. Gabbi never leave the van, wonder around or trust strangers. Graeme noticed the fence was lifted and realised she was pulled under it. Stolen somehow. Then he saw this sticker from the local "Sutherland Shire RSPCA". He rang the number and found out they came over and 'took' his dog. They didn't give him details how exactly they got Gabbi to come next to the fence and how they pulled her but she is with them at the Animal Shelter Tarren point. Graeme was then told they will only release her after he pay couple hundred dollars for registration and micro chipping her.
As you can imagine how traumatic this is for both Graeme and Gabbi. She is his only companion and visa versa. Graeme rang me to tell me what been happening. He never asked for help just someone to talk with. Only on Monday he can go there to pick her up. He went there to visit Gabbi and she is so confused and distressed ... I told him I will land him the money but Graeme righteously so is also upset by the injustice. Gabbi was taken from him. Stolen. Not lost and found.
I also think that homeless people should not be made to pay or microchip their dogs by our system. Come on ... we can do better than that system. Lets have some compassion and not demand homeless people to have to pay as if they are part of the system.

I will call Sutherland Shire Council Animal
on Monday to ask and give the dog back without all the fees. It will help if you also do so please... also if anyone has any legal advice or other information to help Graeme please contact me. And please donate here as Graeme does need some help. More then just the dog
