Help getting my chemo medicine

I am in the last 8 days of my chemo therapy oral medication/radiation treatment cycle. Then in 2 months off to surgery. The chem medication make the radiation treatments more effective. Unfortunately I am out of my chemo medication. Even with insurance the cost is $600. The pharmacy will not send it without paying the full balance. I would really appreciate it if you could help in any way you can. Thank you
