Help get Wacey back on his feet

I am writing this on behalf of a great man and a great friend who 7 months ago was involved in an accident which left him paralyzed from the waist down.  Wacey is a man who has a heart of gold and would help a friend/family or even stranger if he could. He has actually been employed helping people for the past numerous years of his life. Working with the EMS and Fort Mcmurray fire fighting team.
Wacey has been accepted for stem cell treatment at one of the worlds leading stem cell institutes. However It takes place in Panama and goes on for 4 weeks.
 It's not going to be a easy road and that's why we are trying to do what we can to help. The fundraiser is for his first treatment in hopes he will be able to walk again. The treatment costs will be 37,000.00 US dollars and whatever we can raise will right towards that.
