Help get Rick to ABQ. N.M.- VA

I am starting a " GO Fund me page ,because my Husband Ricky Pyles has Disabilities  From Agent Orange Left Over from the Veitnam War in Okinawa . After so many years of looking for help at the Phx VA  , My Husband has M.S. ,Parkinsons ,and Scoliosis . They are going to be looking to see if there is something else wrong also , the doctors  here  Suspect there could be more . 
 We tried Abq,Nm but the crime there was really bad so we came back to Prescott ,Az . When we got back here we found that they are building a much needed spinal cord injury Unit .And now we need to raise $ for a wheel chair Van for Rick . The VA used to help w/ that but they dont any more . So if anyone can help or knows how we can get one Please contact us . Thank you !
