Help Fund Rochelle Cox's Memorial

We're a group of neighbors raising money for Rochelle Cox's final expenses.
Rochelle was a ray of light in the neighborhood, and we all knew her, "Hello! Welcome to Zara's!" She was always in a great mood when she greeted you at Zara's or CVS and an interaction with her was always sure to brighten your day.
We were all so upset to realize she was still at the coroner's office months after her death and felt compelled to do something. A lady like her deserves to be honored with dignity.
She passed away on July 4, 2016, and she leaves behind no next of kin. Our GoFundMe campaign will cover her cremation at Church Funeral Services & Crematory in St. Amant, three copies of her death certificate, court costs, and memorial service fees. We'd like to have a memorial in the park adjacent to Zara's and have refreshments for those who attend. Any additional funds left over will be donated to the LASPCA.
