Help fund my transplant journey

Hello everyone, my name is Tracy Bavister I am 33 years old. I am suffering from end stage Cystic Fibrosis, Gastroesophageal reflux disease,  Cystic Fibrosis related Diabetes and a currently undiagnosed possible Auto Immune Disorder. I am married to a wonderful man and we have a beautiful 14 year old daughter together (as pictured with me above). 

I'm not in the habit of asking for help but our current financial situation is being strained by my extra hospital appointment and admission needs and this is stressing me and making me very anxious at a time when I could do without. I'm currently waiting to be listed on the active transplant list to hopefully recieve healthy lungs. At the moment I am traveling to and from cambridge (papworth hospital) on public transport which is not great for me in my current condition as it leaves me in danger of infections, which will end in yet another 2 to 3 week hospital admission for I.V. antibotics. During my 2 to 3 week admissions for I.V's I don't get to see my husband and daughter because of travel costs and obvious school commitments and communication can be difficult at times.

Any help towards the above problems to ease our stress  during my transplant journey would be very greatfully received and I for one would be eternally greatful even for small donations. My family and I will be running a few ebay auctions to also raise funds.
