Help for Puddy's Surgery

Unfortunately, our baby boy Puddy is an eater. He loves chewing on things and sometimes gets too aggressive with his chewing. Around this time last year Puddy had a piece of a rubber ball become lodged in his intestine. He had successful surgery and made a full recovery. As luck would have it Puddy got too aggressive with a rubber kong a few months back. Recently Puddy become sick again and we did not hesitate to rush him to the vet. He once again had a blockage in his intestine and required surgery. I am typing this literally minutes after he got out of surgery. Puddy had 2 different blockages this time requiring 2 incisions. His recovery will be more difficult but he is a strong boy and we are hopeful. We are already living paycheck to paycheck and the costs associated with this surgery are going to absolutely max out our credit and we don't have anywhere else to go. All the funds raised will be used to pay for Puddy's surgery, his overnight stays at the ER and his daytime hospitalization. The surgery cost is about $2,000. All the tests, IVs and blood work are about $1000. Each night at the ER is about $250. The funds we get will be used immediately and we could use them as soon as possible.
Puddy is an extremely sweet, rambunctious boy. We got him several months after our last dog passed away from very similar circumstances to what Puddy is going through right now. Our old sweet dog's name was Toast and he passed on July 12, 2016. Puddy was born on July 13, 2016 and has helped us greatly as we recovered from that loss. His pretty face and excitement bring us joy every day. Because we do not have kids, our dogs are like our children and we would do absolutely anything for them.
I'm not the type to ask for help unless the need is extreme and my wife and I will be forever grateful to anyone and everyone who can help us out.
