Help for Peppy

Hello all 
Monday October 1st  walking my two babies Milo and Peppy,I was unaware that 
a young man lost control of his Pit Bull and the dog charge toward us, Milo and Peppy are on a single split leash I was able to lift Milo up into my arms but my precious Peppy was lock in the strong jaws of the pit who shook him like a rag doll over two minuets as brave neighbors where attempting  to pry his jaw open.
Rush Peppy to Flagler Animal Hospital which is great!! They were able to stabilize him for surgery that evening  the lacerations was cleaned and sutured.However his left hind leg was pulled out of the joint. Three days later they attempted to put socket back in place but with no success the joint ligament is believed to  be damage. Peppy is home now but once swelling has gone down we will need to see and orthopedic surgeon to Remove ligament and ball joint and reposition joint so that Peppy will have use of all four legs.
as you can imagine I have gain  medical expenses over $3,000, plus future surgery.

So far no help from owners of Pit.
