Intensive care for Micione

Hi everyone, I'm here to ask for help for one of my many cats: Micione.
A beautiful black cat, about 8-9 years old, appeared a couple of years ago in front of my house.
He was treated and had surgery for an abscess to a cheek that struggles to heal due to the fact that he is FIV
positive . However, this never caused him many problems: I disinfected and wiped the wound daily.
Unfortunately, however, a week ago he was driven by a car near my house (a witness reported that the driver had stopped to make sure that his condition was true, but Micione was soon out of the way, thinking it was nothing serious); I found it after many hours in the home yard, shocked and with an exposed left thighbone fracture.
My vet has done some examinations and, unfortunately, he founded (in addition to the breaking of the tighbone) the rupture of 3 ribs resulting in pneumothorax, pneumoperitoneum and high creatinine values. It was also hypothermic and hypothesis due to trauma and shock. I had to bring it to a specialized veterinary clinic that could cure it. Currently, Micione is hospitalized in the intensive care of Voghera's Veterinary Clinic.
It was immediately put under drip, antibiotics and painkillers, the pneumothorax was drained and the wound was medicated. The situation is unfortunately critical, a large number of examinations and a transfusion to treat anemia due to many drips and hemorrhage have been conducted these days. It is nourished with a probe although it has eaten a little bit today. His conditions are shrinking but today it seemed a little more responsive and combative!
Unfortunately, however, exams and hospitality are very expensive, for now we have reached a figure of about 1300 euros, which is going to rise. I paid a deposit and will soon have to pay another.
Having many cats, overall costs are already very high, so I ask you for help to do everything possible for Micione and try to put it back soon!

Ciao a tutti, sono qui per chiedere un aiuto per uno dei miei tanti gatti: Micione.
Uno splendido gattone nero, di circa 8-9 anni, comparso un paio di anni fa davanti a casa mia.
E' stato curato ed operato per un ascesso ad una guancia che fatica moltissimo a guarire a causa del fatto che è FIV positivo. Questo però non gli ha mai causato molti problemi: disinfettavo e curavo quotidianamente la ferita .
Purtroppo però, una settimana fa è stato investito da una macchina vicino a casa (un testimone ha riferito che l'autista si è anche fermato per sincerarsi delle sue condizioni ma Micione è subito scappato, facendo pensare che non fosse nulla di grave); l'ho trovato dopo molte ore nel cortile di casa in shock e
con una frattura esposta del femore sinistro. Il mio veterinario ha subito fatto alcuni esami evidenziando, purtroppo, oltre alla rottura del femore la rottura di 3 costole con conseguente pneumotorace, pneumoperitoneo e valori di Creatinina elevati. Era inoltre ipotermico e ipoteso a causa del trauma e dello shock. L'ho dovuto quindi portare in una Clinica Veterinaria Specializzata che potesse curarlo. Attualmente Micione si trova ricoverato nella terapia intensiva della Clinica Veterinaria di Voghera. E' stato subito messo sotto flebo, antibiotici e antidolorifici, gli è stato drenato lo pneumotorace ed è stata medicata la ferita. La situazione purtroppo è critica, in questi giorni gli sono stati fatti moltissimi esami e anche una trasfusione per curare l'anemia dovuta alle molte flebo e all'emorragia. Viene nutrito con un sondino anche se oggi ha mangiato un pochino da solo. Le sue condizioni sono altalenanti ma oggi sembrava un po' più reattivo e combattivo! Purtroppo però gli esami e la degenza sono molto costosi, per ora abbiamo raggiunto una cifra di circa 1300 €, destinata a salire. Ho pagato un acconto e presto sarà necessario pagarne un altro.
Avendo molti gatti, le spese complessive sono già molto elevate, vi chiedo perciò un aiuto per poter fare tutti il possibile per Micione e cercare di rimetterlo in piedi presto!
