Help for Lula's medical bills

We rushed our little puppy Lula to the animal ER after what was initially a small bump on her belly grew to the size of a golf ball in two days, began to open and she was then visible not feeling well (loss of appetite, anxious, etc.). The doctors kept her overnight for testing and observation after X-rays showed a large mass in her abdominal area. They also saw a metal object in her stomach that was too large to pass safely. The estimate was 3-4K. They said there were no other medical options-she must have the surgery.  Like many people we do not have the money to pay for even a portion of this. So without the money what choices are there? Put her down?!?  Frustrated, angry, heartbroken, sadness all set in while I desperately searched for a way to take care of our pup.

After consults between the surgeons and our vets at Malvern Vet Hospital I took Lula from the ER to them for further evaluation and care as they were confident they could treat her. Our hospital bill for that overnight stay was $1165. She is scheduled for surgery tomorrow (11/10) to remove the mass/abcess from the abdominal cavity as well as the metal object from her stomach. They are estimating a $1000-1500 cost, a huge savings but still beyond anything we can afford. It was suggested that I ask for some help and that is what I am doing. Anything at all would be appreciated and if you can't donate I completely understand. Thank you in advance for your kindness.
