Help for Jeff Van Wart funeral

I am looking for help to get my best friend and step-brother cremated and his remains shipped back to Arizona. I can not afford to do this on my own. Jeff committed suicide on May 21, 2018 in San Antonio Texas.  He was a kind soul who in the last few years of his life spent his time working to rehabilitate trouble dogs so they could be adopted out. He also worked with veteran organizations to help search for and locate suicidal vets. Unfortunately he lost the battle with his demons. Any help you can give would be most appreciated.
