Our beautiful friend, Brittani DeZeeuw Whittington, has devoted her adult life to creating a healing space and spreading peace, joy and serenity in her community at Hot Toga Tallahassee. After the tragic events of Friday, Nov. 2, many of us want to do something to help ensure that our dear friend can continue her passion and protect this space that has become such a beacon of light to so many in the community.
Brittani’s vision is for HYT to be a place that creates a “heightened sense of community, health and healing. It is when we come together on the mat and share one common thread—the desire to be happy—that healing energy is created.” Now is definitely the time when we need to give back exactly what HYT has given so many.
In full transparency, we aren’t quite sure what Brittani needs right now, but we can imagine costly expenses will pop up as she rebuilds (be it business, childcare, or even meals). Please consider donating.
