Help for Greg Artzner of "Magpie"

This is a fundraiser for Greg Artzner as he recovers.... a message from Greg is below.
"First we’d like to say a deep thank you to all our friends who have donated thus far. It’s been truly moving to see the outpouring of love and concern and support.
I had vascular surgery on the 12th of this month to remove and bypass clotting in my right leg brought about by a recent flareup of ulcerative colitis, a condition which I have been fighting for more than 30 years. The surgery was successful and now I am home recuperating with my sweet Terry by my side. (She takes such good care of me.) The surgery knocked down my strength, but I am regaining a little more strength each day with walking around the house and yard. After an in-house colonoscopy, I am still fighting the colitis flareup, and we seem to be making some incremenal progress on that score too.
We had to cancel gigs from the end of May through this entire month of June and into much of July. We’re hopeful to be able to be back up singing later this summer. In the meantime, the loss of income has created a hardship going forward in fulfilling our obligations and paying the bills. So we’re so very grateful for the help from all you friends. We’ll keep you all informed as we go forward, getting healthy again. I have several follow-up appointments with my doctors coming up in the next few weeks, so we’ll let you know how we’re coming along. In the meantime… thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
