Help for insulin/prosthetic

I'm in coverage gap with Medicare. My next refill of insulin is 591.00. The pharmaceutical companies require 1,000.00 and 1,1000.00 out of pocket for patient assistance. My social security disability is not really much income but yet it is too much to qualify for Medicaid. My type of discharge makes me ineligible for VA. I hate to beg or mooch from my friends because I am to proud to do such. Bottom line is I need help. Can you help?? Thank you!! Have a great day and God bless!!
