Help Flight Crew 747 get to World Championship

The High School Robotics Team of Central Jersey, Flight Crew 747, won the Mid-Atlantic District Championship held at Lehigh University this past weekend! This win qualifies them to attend the World Championship in Detroit in 2 weeks. The team is fortunate enough to have a sponsor provide the registration fee for the event; however, traveling to Detroit is an expensive venture for this small group of students.  This gofundme is an effort to help offset their travel costs to allow them to attend this amazing opportunity.

The High School Robotics Team of Central Jersey provides students in 7th-12th grade the opportunity to participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition Program. FIRST combines the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology. It is the sport for the mind, where everyone can go pro! As a community-based team, the High School Robotics Team is open to any student age 13+, from any town. In addition to building a new robot every season, the team participates in community service and outreach projects. Currently, the team has 19 members,
ranging from 7th-12th grade, from 9 different schools, with about 1/3 of the members being female.
